Kate Brandon

Teacher Trainer

Kate has been both a student and teacher of yoga for over 25 years in numerous locations around the world.

Kate Brandon is a highly experienced specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience in both private practice and the NHS. A qualified yoga teacher, she has been teaching anatomy, physiology and movement science topics for yoga teachers for the past decade. She combines her deep understanding of movement, biomechanics  and neuroscience to offer a holistic, evidence-based approach to injury treatment and coaching group physio-yoga classes.

In her yoga teacher training workshops, Kate is passionate about making anatomy and physiology relevant, accessible, and practical. She integrates embodied learning experiences, helping yoga teachers feel, understand, and apply anatomical principles in their own practice and teaching. Her approach ensures that trainees gain not just theoretical knowledge but real-class skills, empowering them to teach with confidence, clarity, and a deeper understanding of the mind and body.
