  • With Alice Powell

    Location: STUDIO 16

    All levels | in-person only

This signature practice weaves together an exploration of body, breath and movement, through a supportive range of stillness, flow and restorative.

An encouraging practice of self regulation, blending softness and strength to support the body’s natural rhythm. Through carefully curated asana and breath techniques.

With deep respect for the lineage of this practice, we honour its teachings as a foundation of self inquiry.

As the winter months start to settle in, the end of this practice invites you to embrace the nurture of a slightly extended rest invitation. With props — cushions, blankets, bolsters to support you.

  • With Ana Szopa

    Location: STUDIO 16

    All levels | in-person only

Slow Flow brings together the practices of flow yoga, somatics and yin. Class is a deep slow flow to beautiful music, where we take time to listen, feel and be with full awareness of movement, breath and pause. Wonderful for unraveling stress and tension, whilst also exploring some of the deeper underlying philosophies of Yoga.

You can expect a restorative feel to this practice; lingering longer in holds, before settling into yin postures, and ending with a mini soundbath to allow the nervous system to fully integrate.

  • With Vittoria C

Unwind and reset with a grounding practice designed to help you slow down and transition out of your day.

This class begins with breath-led movement to ease the body and help the mind settle back into the present. We then move into longer held poses from the Yin yoga tradition to unravel tension, and promote deep rest. Blending yoga philosophy and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we explore a variety of practices including breathwork, meditation and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.

Suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a calming, nurturing practice and when the weather is chillier, bring extra layers to make sure you stay cosy during the whole practice.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about the class: vittoria.caselgrandi@gmail.com

  • All levels welcome

This class focuses on building foundational strength in your yoga practice with a strong slow flow that encourages attention to detail and self-adjustments to fit your body's needs. I will offer alternatives to help support your body's abilities so all levels of experience are welcome!
With practice, Yoga Asana (movement) builds strength, clarity, the ability to focus and self-regulate. This is a practice as much for your mental wellbeing as for your body's needs. You can expect to leave feeling, stronger stretched out and with greater mental balance.

Friday

  • With Vittoria Caselgrandi

    Location: STUDIO 16

Some experience recommend | in-person only

A dynamic, creative flow to help build body-breath awareness and focus.

Moving 360 degrees around the mat, this class explores movement in a more fluid and less linear way. Sequences are varied and engaging, encouraging curiosity and playfulness. Vittoria’s classes blend yoga tradition and modern understanding of the body and nervous system, encouraging you to move and breathe in ways that feel good for you. Each week, we explore different themes and practices inspired by the elements, seasons, and yoga philosophy.

This is an intermediate-level class, best suited to those with some yoga experience who feel comfortable moving at a steady pace. Options are always offered, but a basic familiarity with common postures will help you get the most out of the practice.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about the class: vittoria.caselgrandi@gmail.com
