Studio Hire

Situated in the heart of Bristol, our beautiful yoga studio offers a cosy and light space to suit a variety of yoga events, yoga classes, yoga courses, yoga workshops, wellness meetings, photoshoots, and more.

With plenty of local shops, cafes, and amenities on our doorstep, our yoga studio is the perfect setting for your event.

Full use of the 64m² first floor loft-style studio, a space large enough for 26 yoga mats or 50+ standing/seated.

  • Use of high-quality yoga kit, including mats, bolsters, bricks, straps, yoga chairs, blankets & eye pillows.

  • Full use of the ground floor reception area, toilets, changing rooms & kitchenette.

  • Promotion includes: 1x newsletter mention in the lead up to the event, 1x mention in our Instagram ‘What’s On’ Carousel for the month of the event, 1x share on Instagram stories and listing on our Workshops and Courses page.

Weekend Hire Fees

Our studio is available for hire on weekends for either full day (9am - 5pm) or 4 hour blocks for either 9am - 1pm or 1.30pm - 5.30pm

Full day £305

4 hour blocks £155

Weekday Hire Fees

Weekday hires are for a minimum of 2 hours

Hourly Rate £42/hr

Equipment Hire: Studio equipment hire available from BSY for external events. Available equipment: 37 mats, 27 bolsters, 40 blocks, blankets and eye pillows. 10 days notice is required for all bookings. A £30 admin fee is required upon booking (refunded if we can not fulfil the request)

Pricing: £2 per item per day

20% discount for hires over 48hrs

30% discount for hires over 5 days

Note: Studio equipment is included when you host an event in-house.

Studio Hire FAQ

  • Hire fees are calculated off of a 50-week year and then split evenly over 12 months.

    Your invoice will be sent at the beginning of the month for the month ahead.

  • We require full payment for all one-off hires. If you are booking multiple days at a time, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the remainder will be requested 3 months prior to the date of your booking. Full payment is required 3 months prior to the date of the hire.

  • You can cancel your booking with 2 months notice in writing to info@bristolschoolofyoga.co.uk

    Cancelled bookings are non-refundable.
