Events, Filming & Photography
What’s included?
Full use of the beautiful upstairs studio, reception area toilets & changing rooms.
Use of our high-quality yoga kit: mats, bolsters, blocks, bricks, chairs, straps & eye pillows.
Use of the kitchenette including tea & coffee making facilities (available with half day and full day hire only).
Use of the photography lighting & tripod, and presentation facilities: whiteboard, pens, projector & chairs (additional costs apply).
You will receive full instructions on using the space, and support from the studio manager.
If your event is public, you can receive optional promotional support from Bristol School of Yoga:
1x newsletter mention in the lead up to the event,
1x mention in our Instagram ‘What’s On’ Carousel for the month of the event,
1x share on Instagram stories and listing on our Workshops and Courses page.

Pricing
2 hours minimum booking time.
Two hours: £84 (£42 per hour)
Four hours (half day): £155 (£38.75 per hour)
Eight hours (full day): £305 (£38.12 per hour)
Availability
Monday - Friday
2 hour bookings only between 7am - 5pm.
Please check availability before booking.
Saturday - Sunday
4 hour bookings available, either 9am - 1pm or 1.15 - 5.15pm
8 hour bookings available from 9am - 5pm
Please check availability on the calendar before booking.
Availability is subject to approval following submission of a Booking Request form.

Booking Information, Terms & Conditions
Please allow a minimum of 14 days between submitting your application and your requested booking date.
The studio will give minimum 2 months notice if we need to cancel or change your booking.
Hirers are responsible for managing all marketing, bookings & attendee reception.
Hirers will receive a studio use Information Pack with full instructions on using the space.
