Join BAFZ (Bristol Apartheid-Free Zone) at Yoga for Palestine, a fundraiser in partnership with Gaza Champions and Zaitona Mutual Aid, money raised will go towards families in Gaza.

Ashtanga Workshop with Joey and Chrissie
Join Joey for another weekend Ashtanga workshop, weaving in alignment instruction to allow you to learn more about connections between postures, understand your body-mind better and find balance between stability and flexibility. Students will need to have a confident grasp of the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series, in order to be able to practice independently. Enjoy Mysore classes both mornings and then workshops in the afternoons based around alignment and restorative practice.
