An in-depth, 11-week, 2-hour weekly course that weaves together:
History, Numerology, Astrology and Jungian Psychology. Beginning Thursday, January 15th, from 7-9pm and every successive Thursday until Thursday, March 26th.

Soul Sanctuary with Ailsa & Rachael
Are you curious to explore the art of intuitive tarot reading? Soul Sanctuary is an afternoon workshop of yoga, Yoga Nidra and reflective journalling designed to help you cultivate the intuitive and meditative state perfect for reading your own tarot spreads.
- A yoga flow to ground the mind and get out of your head
- An astrologically themed tarot spread to help you make the unconscious conscious. You will be invited to draw your own spread with guidance to help you divine the meanings.

Roots & Reverence - Monthly Sādhana with Bella Carpenter
Roots & Reverence invites us to ground deeply within ourselves, to reconnect to our inner foundations, our roots, while moving with heartfelt respect and devotion, a reverence for the sacredness of life both on and off the yoga mat.
This monthly gathering is a container of yoga, sound, and community , a grounding space to deepen your connection to self and the practice. Each month we explore a new theme, weaving reflection, movement, and sound as medicine.

Yoga for Beginners Workshop with Vittoria Caselgrandi
A supportive introduction to yoga. This workshop is ideal if you’re completely new to yoga, or if you’d like to go back to the basics to develop your personal practice. Over the 3 hours, you'll be introduced to the key elements of a well-rounded yoga practice, including Asana (postures), breath and meditation, to help you gain confidence to join classes in the studio or online. There will be plenty of time for repetition and exploration to help you find the alignment that works for your body and get familiar with the foundations of the practice. No flexibility needed!
