Kundalini yoga and sound bath with Debs Southgate & Lydia Dawe
Dive into deep relaxation with Kundalini yoga and a soothing sound bath session—feel your vibes rise!
In this session we will experience grounding breathwork and movement, an emotional clearing meditation, and a gentle introduction to mantra chanting (optional whether you join in or just listen). We'll finish with sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls which will slow your brainwaves into a more relaxed state, soothe the nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, and support overall balance.

Becoming Magnetic: Women’s Healing Workshop with Meredith Cairns-Palmer
A nervous system reset for women who don’t know how to feel safe unless they’re striving.
Becoming Magnetic is a 120-minute women’s healing workshop designed for high-achieving women who struggle to truly switch off. If you’ve built a successful life but rarely feel at ease in your body, this experience offers a gentle nervous system reset through somatic meditation, group Reiki, trauma release, and guided reflection. Held in an intimate and supportive space, you’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply reconnected to yourself.

Bloom: Spring Awakening Workshop with Izzy Gray
This workshop invites you to an extended 75-minute yoga practice, followed by a cacao ceremony and guided journalling session inspired by Spring and nature’s awakening. You’ll be guided through a heart-opening vinyasa flow, before settling into some cooler yin postures inspired by Spring and the wood element, before sipping cacao and journaling to reflect and plant some seeds of intention for the rest of the year.

Ailsa will guide you through a Mandala Vinyasa Flow Yoga sequence. Flowing, smooth and constant movement synchronised with the breath as well as the creative, playful and flowing Mandala sequence combine to create an uplifting and energising style of class. Immerse yourself in this moving meditation to stretch and strengthen the body, calm the mind and reduce stress.

Yoga for Perimenopause with Jenny-May While
Irregular periods? Heavy flow? Sleep issues? Hot flushes? Aches and pains? Rage, elation, despair? Welcome to the club! The good news is that Iyengar yoga can be a huge help in alleviating symptoms of peri-menopause.
This workshop is a chance to explore how to use some straightforward principles and techniques to help navigate the extraordinarily varied landscape women find themselves in at this stage of life.

Ashtanga Workshop with Joey and Chrissie
Join Joey for another weekend Ashtanga workshop, weaving in alignment instruction to allow you to learn more about connections between postures, understand your body-mind better and find balance between stability and flexibility. Students will need to have a confident grasp of the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series, in order to be able to practice independently. Enjoy Mysore classes both mornings and then workshops in the afternoons based around alignment and restorative practice.
