WildFlower Women's Circle: New Beginnings with Zoe Richmond
A calm, open sharing circle for everyone who identifies as a woman in Bristol. Through soft reflection, honest sharing and meaningful connection, every woman is welcomed, accepted and cared for. Together, we share what's on our minds, reflect on our experiences and connect with one another, with the intention that every woman leaves feeling centred, listened to and empowered
This first circle marks the opening of a space for women in Bristol. You don't need to be starting a new chapter, just open to new connections and taking a small step forward for yourself, alongside other women doing the same

Healing Somatic Movement with Deborah Berryman
When You Need Space to Listen Again. If something in your life feels like it's shifting, but you can't quite put your finger on it, and haven't found the space to really listen - this session offers a place to slow things down. Through slow somatic movement and deep rest, you'll reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, grounded, and real. As the system settles and the mind gets quiet, clarity and 'a knowing wisdom' tends to follow. A simple, powerful introduction to this work. Suitable for both practitioners and teachers.

Celebrate the Light: A Summer Solstice Workshop with Vittoria
An afternoon of movement, rest and reflection to honour the Summer Solstice and celebrate the energy and vitality of the season. Beginning with a slow-flow practice inspired by the joy and expansion of summer, we'll then soften into grounding, long-held Yin Yoga poses and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.
Explore movement, breath and meditation practices to support you during the brighter months, balancing outward energy with moments of calm and reflection. All levels welcome.

Ashtanga Workshop with Joey and Chrissie
Join Joey for another weekend Ashtanga workshop, weaving in alignment instruction to allow you to learn more about connections between postures, understand your body-mind better and find balance between stability and flexibility. Students will need to have a confident grasp of the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series, in order to be able to practice independently. Enjoy Mysore classes both mornings and then workshops in the afternoons based around alignment and restorative practice.

A slower, more honest way to reconnect with your body, and begin to trust what you know and feel again. This two-day somatic immersion is a space to slow down and listen differently. Through gentle, slow movement, you'll be supported to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a felt sense of safety and steadiness. For some, this weekend stands alone. For others, it opens the door to deeper training or coaching.
