Join Sophie to breathe, stretch and restore in this gentle Yin yoga class, suitable for all levels of experience.

  • With Gaetano Arena

    All levels | in-person only

This class is a gentle yoga asana sequence where the knowledge and awareness of meridian energy pathways is integrated. This is done through meditation, breathing, self-acupressure and stretches with strong focus on postural alignment. Meridians are energy pathways that connect acupressure points to one another and to internal organs. Emotional traumas causes the body to contract its muscles and harden to protect the inner self. Depending on the type of trauma, energy "stagnates" in specific meridians. By stimulating a "trigger" point of a meridian, through acupressure and asana practice, we enable fibres of the muscle to elongate, blood to flow freely and toxins to be released.

  • With Elena Byers

    All levels | in-person only

An embodied flow practice, moving from somatic explorations to unwinding yin, informed by a lifetime of Elena's study in song, the creative body and Saiva Tantra philosophy. Proprioception work, longer holds and fluid movements focus on rebalancing aspects of the physical and subtle body, and we explore chanting and pranayama if you like to dive into these nourishing practices too.

You can expect a restorative feel to this class and blissful closing sound practices to bring you to a place of deep stillness.
    All levels welcome.

    All levels | in-person only

With this class, we will aim to prepare you, both physically and mentally for birth while providing a safe and relaxing space to tune into your body and connect to your baby.

Pregnancy is a wild journey with each day feeling different from the last, so we invite you to come to class and give yourself the space to turn inwards and listen to the body’s wisdom.

Jen believes in nurturing a strong body and mind in preparation for labour so there will be opportunities for a challenge but most importantly you’ll be invited to move intuitively, according to your needs on the day.

We’ll use breath work, movement, and meditation, to enable you to create the positive mindset, improved mobility, and confidence that you need to have the best pregnancy and birth possible.

This is a space where mothers-to-be can support each other to feel empowered and enriched throughout this process of miraculous transformation. We hope that you will leave feeling both nourished and at peace.

Please note: It is not generally recommended to begin a new form of exercise in your first trimester of pregnancy. If you have not yet reached 12 weeks and you are new to yoga then please feel free to book in once you have had your 12 week scan.
