Our most popular online course moves back to the studio!
Whether you are considering yoga teacher training or simply wish to refresh and deepen your practice, this four-day course offers a rich exploration of yoga, integrating body, breath, and nervous system awareness. Each session builds on the last, giving you both practical tools and embodied understanding to bring into your teaching or personal practice.
With 4 one-day workshops over 4 months you will explore everything from yoga philosophy to meditation. Learn about and understand the subtle body, prana & your pranayama and even develop a home practice specific to your needs.
This course is a great bridge to our teacher training courses, or simply a chance to deep dive into areas of yoga that are less commonly explored.

September: In-Depth Exploration of Asana and Subtle Body
This first day focuses on awakening and connecting with our subtle bodies through asana. We will move beyond surface-level to explore subtle energy, mindful alignment, and the ways that breath, intention, and attention shape movement. This is ideal for those curious about the deeper layers of practice and for teachers wanting to bring more depth to their classes.
October: Asana Exploration & Creating a Home Practice
In October, we dive into refining your asana practice and developing tools to build a personal or student-focused home practice. We will explore sequencing, adaptations, and ways to make a practice sustainable and meaningful. Perfect for for practitioners seeking a consistent, nourishing self-practice, or for teachers looking to guide students safely and effectively.
November: Pranayama and the Nervous System
This session focuses on the breath and its profound effect on the nervous system. We will explore different pranayama techniques, the science of breath, and how to support regulation, calm, and vitality through conscious breathing. Suitable for those teaching or practicing, especially anyone wanting to understand how breath impacts body, mind, and resilience.
December: Restorative Practices & Yoga Nidra
Our final day is a journey into deep relaxation, restorative asana, and Yoga Nidra. This session teaches techniques to integrate the insights of the previous months, supporting nervous system reset, emotional balance, and recovery. A gentle yet powerful day, perfect for teachers to incorporate into classes and for practitioners seeking profound rest and rejuvenation.
